From any prison phone, call the CellMateAI number. It's a standard phone call — no apps, no internet needed.
The number is posted in your facility or given to you by a family member.
Choose Your Language
Press 1 for English, Press 2 para Español. CellMateAI supports both languages fully.
Create Your Account
Say or enter your inmate ID number. Then create a 4-digit PIN you'll use every time you call.
Set Your Name
Tell CellMateAI your first name so it can greet you personally on every call.
Start Using CellMateAI
You're all set! Ask for music, get legal information, or just have a conversation.
